Roles and Responsibilites
Application Development
- Develop the application of Holotomography in the latest bio-research fields.
- Design and conduct experiments for the proof-of-concept of application development, including data analysis.
- Organize and manage experiments and process for new application projects.
- Document research and development outcomes in scientific formats (papers, posters, and application notes).
Product Development and Evaluation
- Study about the latest trends of Holotomography and actively participate in research projects and new product development planning.
- Identify potential customers in the Holotomography market and incorporate their requirements into the product planning process.
- Collect and analyze customer requirements using analytical thinking, contributing to product improvement, and planning.
- Develop analysis algorithms for Holotomography based on image data analysis capabilities.
- Establish and execute validation plans for Tomocube products.
Research Collaboration and Customer Support
- Organize academic events: seminars, workshops, etc.
- Conduct training related to applications.
- Address customer inquiries related to academic matters.
Qualifications
Education
- In possession of a doctoral degree in a related field, such as life sciences or medical science
Experience
- Experience in the use of various analytical instruments, including cell imaging equipment.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Fundamental knowledge in cell biology, immunology, neuroscience, or developmental biology at the undergraduate level or above.
- Experience in the use of various analytical instruments, including cell imaging equipment.
- Effective and proactive academic communication skills.
- Proficient in English communication and presentation skills.
- Eligibility for domestic and international travel without any restrictions.
Preference
- Degree holder in the field of neuroscience.
- Experienced in the use of image analysis software (e.g., Imaris).
- Proficient in technical document writing and skilled in using document creation tools such as Microsoft Office and Confluence.
- Outstanding in social networking activities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
