  • Yes. TomoAnalysis Viewer provides three types of export:
     

    • Data Export: Export TCF files to TIFF or RAW (with MHD) format. Select specific modalities, include MIP if needed, and define time frame ranges with start, end, and interval settings.
       

    • Image Capture: Save the current view as a still image with configurable aspect ratio (Viewport, 1:1, 4:3, 16:9) and resolution upsampling up to 4×. Annotations such as scale bars and timestamps can be embedded into the captured image. In Multi View, a 2×2 composite capture is also available.
       

    • Video Recording: The built-in Movie Maker creates videos from 3D data with configurable tracks — rotation (X/Y/Z axis), Z-slice traversal, and time-lapse playback. Multiple tracks can be chained with interpolation options including Linear, Ease In/Out, and Bezier. Frame rate (FPS) and duration are adjustable, with preview available before saving.
       

    ROI measurement data can also be exported: ROI lists as CSV, and ROI profile graphs as PNG or JPG.

  • Yes. HT captures the 3D RI structure of organoids without labeling, and TomoAnalysis Viewer lets you explore that data interactively. Switch between 2D slices, orthogonal cross-sections, and full 3D volume rendering to examine organoid morphology from any angle.

    In 3D View, the Holotomography display renders the full volume, giving you a spatial overview of organoid structure. You can also enable DVR Volumes for voxel-based display within a specified RI and gradient range. Customize the display by adjusting color, transparency, and RI range, or add multiple volume layers with different color assignments. The XYZ crop range slider lets you isolate specific regions within the volume for focused inspection.
